The reason was because 2 fire eles with flame djinns as relic runs was found on about 95% of non spiritway teams in HoH.

25% buff with relic is alot differnet than 33% , so anet is trying to encourage players to make more diverse builds by doing this nerf

So quoted for truth, although a.net wants to package there anti farming in silver wrapping too

But its ok, don't mind being a slowpoke at 25% now, makes me more fitting in with the masses
